Hi there, I'm Carly. The face, the creator, designer, admin lady and boss lady of Carly Moira (team meetings are a headache)

But I love what I do, I'm am almost "OCD" some would say when it comes to organisation and have a passion for creation & design. 

 

Working predominately from my iMac, MacBook or iPhone (I'm an Apple girl) depending on where I am in the day, I love helping women get on top of, and stay on top of their back end business & admin tasks.

I always loved business, from VCE business management in year 11 and 12 then going on to start my Diploma of Business Management at Deakin, After receiving nothing less than distinctions and high distinctions in global economics, financial mathematics and marketing fundamentals, I still wasn't sure what my heart was calling for. I left my course and went into full time work. 

​

This full time work ranged from, customer service, receptionist, accounts payable, despatch, now a fleet co-ordinator for a victorian company with over 250 vehicles. 

​

After a handful of years in the corporate world, I came across Virtual Assistance roles and was instantly interested. The more I looked into these roles and the tasks they looked after I knew this is what I wanted to do. 

​

Hello March 2021 - Carly Moira VA was born, 12 months down the track and I have loved every minute of it. 

I have learned some truly valuable skills & got to know amazing programs like New Zenler, MailChimp, Mailer Lite and Wix to name a few.
